As a Mechanic I, you'll be supporting the maintenance and inspection of mid-sized corporate aircraft. In this role, you'll perform detailed maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of corporate jet platforms including Hawker, Gulfstream, Falcon, and Bombardier aircraft. You'll work in a collaborative, high-performance MRO environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success.

What You'll Do
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet airframes and systems.
* Remove and reinstall turbofan and turboprop engines for inspection and maintenance.
* Conduct operational checks, engine runs, and leak checks to verify serviceability.
* Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, landing gear, flight control, and other airframe systems.
* Evaluate removed components for serviceability; document and resolve discrepancies.
* Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical data.
* Perform fuel tank sealing and other specialized structural tasks as required.
* Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives in accordance with FAA and OEM standards.
* Document all work performed clearly, accurately, and in compliance with StandardAero procedures.
* Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in a professional MRO setting.

Position Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience performing heavy maintenance on turbofan engine corporate aircraft.
* Experience performing heavy maintenance (C&D checks) on Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, and/or Bombardier aircraft.
* Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
* Proven ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Characteristics:
* Prior experience in Business Aviation and/or an MRO environment.
* Able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Salary: $24.01 - 36.01
The compensation package for this position also includes a performance-based cash and equity incentives. Actual pay will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and internal equity considerations.
