How You Will Make History Here...

The Commercial Excellence & Revenue Growth Management Coordinator supports the commercial planning and revenue growth agenda for the LATAM & Global Exports (LGX) business. The role is responsible for coordinating commercial reporting, trade investment analysis, performance tracking, and revenue growth management activities that improve business visibility and support profitable growth.

The Coordinator partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to provide commercial insights, monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support fact-based decision making. The role contributes to improving commercial processes, strengthening reporting capabilities, and enhancing business execution across customers, distributors, channels, and markets.

What You Will Do...

  • Support trade investment management by tracking commercial spending, monitoring promotional investments, validating distributor and customer claims, and assisting with post-event ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate commercial reporting by developing business scorecards, dashboards, and performance reviews that provide visibility into customer, distributor, category, and market performance.
  • Support Revenue Growth Management (NRM) initiatives by analyzing pricing, customer profitability, promotional effectiveness, and trade investments to identify opportunities that improve commercial performance.
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecasting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by consolidating commercial inputs, monitoring business performance, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze SKU productivity, portfolio performance, pricing, assortment, and distribution opportunities, preparing recommendations that support profitable business growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve commercial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence processes through automation, standardization, and AI-enabled analytics.
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs, proactively identifying business trends, performance gaps, and opportunities that support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical business cases for Sales Leadership to facilitate commercial reviews and business planning discussions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of commercial data across reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes.

Business Fundamentals

  • Use data to identify retailer needs, performance trends, and growth opportunities, and communicate them clearly to IDPs and internal partners.
  • Build trust with store management and retail partners, support new item launches, planogram compliance, store resets, inventories, and service issue resolution.
  • Identify potential IDPs for open routes, visit key accounts to identify opportunities, and apply retailer-specific knowledge across channels.
  • Communicate professionally, manage priorities, solve problems, use technology and business insights effectively, and participate in training and special projects.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant internal sales systems.

Collaborates across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to support commercial execution and business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Planning, Sales Analytics, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Finance, Category Management, or Business Analytics within the FMCG/CPG industry.

It Would Be Great if You Have... (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting commercial planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecasting, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or commercial performance management.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret business data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • SAP and/or ERP system experience preferred.
  • Experience working with syndicated data platforms (Circana, NielsenIQ, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$92,000-$126,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
