As a key member of the Product and Growth Marketing team, you will lead marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, lifecycle engagement, and growth initiatives across three critical business areas:
You will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, customer engagement, partner marketing execution, and workforce program awareness through coordinated marketing campaigns, customer communications, partner enablement, digital marketing initiatives, and cross-functional project leadership. Working closely with Product Management, Enterprise Marketing, Workforce Development, Business Development, Customer Success, State Restaurant Associations, and external partners, you will execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple product and program portfolios. Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, subscription services, and/or product-led growth environments. This position requires a collaborative marketer who is both strategic and hands-on, with expertise in customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate brings a strong understanding of modern marketing best practices, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for optimizing the end-to-end customer experience. Position requires a highly adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
