Chiet Financial Officer/Senior Vice President of Finance

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) / SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Keystone Blind Association is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President of Finance to oversee the financial operations of multiple affiliated companies. This position reports directly to the CEO and provides leadership for accounting, financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, cash management, banking, audits, and financial planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing accounting and financial reporting for multiple companies
• Managing cash flow, banking, investments, loans, and financing
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll tax, sales tax, and annual tax reporting
• Overseeing audits, contract compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Providing financial guidance and leadership to the accounting and payroll teams
• Advising the CEO and executive leadership on financial matters

Qualifications:

• CPA license required
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Significant progressive accounting/financial management experience
• Previous CFO, Controller, VP of Finance, or similar senior-level experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, payroll, cash management, and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple entities preferred
