Job Summary Brigham and Women's Primary Care in Norwood is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (adult focused) to join our collaborative, patient centered primary care team. Work alongside distinguished clinicians and partner with world class specialists across Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Mass General Brigham system.Our 14 practices are committed to delivering high quality, team based care supported by advanced analytics that strengthen population health and improve outcomes. Total annual cash compensation for a Primary Care Physician generally ranges from $245,000 to $330,000 andincludes base salary and eligible performance-based incentives. Physicians who achieve a full clinical panel andmeet defined performance benchmarks are typically compensated at the higher end of this range. The stated compensation ranges reflect estimated full-time annual compensation and do not include the full value of additional benefits.
