Job Summary Brigham and Women's Primary Care in Norwood is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (adult focused) to join our collaborative, patient centered primary care team. Work alongside distinguished clinicians and partner with world class specialists across Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Mass General Brigham system. We provide flexible scheduling options, including parttime and fulltime roles (8 clinical sessions/week), with 30minute visit templates to support thoughtful, patientcentered care delivered through a coordinated teambased model. As a Brigham and Women's Primary Care Physician, you will benefit from: Ambient scribe technology to streamline documentation and support timely note completion Dedicated afterhours APP call team, with no call requirements for physicians Virtual inbasket support to assist with triaging and managing patient messages Centralized prescription management, including refill requests and prior authorizations 30minute patient visits and a manageable panel size aligned with thoughtful, relationshipbased care Generous signon bonus and base salary during threeyear panel rampup period followed by valuebased compensation model with bonus potential. Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license to practice in Massachusetts, including MCSR and DEA. Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Total annual cash compensation for a Primary Care Physician generally ranges from $245,000 to $330,000 andincludes base salary and eligible performance-based incentives. Physicians who achieve a full clinical panel andmeet defined performance benchmarks are typically compensated at the higher end of this range. The stated compensation ranges reflect estimated full-time annual compensation and do not include the full value of additional benefits.
