We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to lead the embedded software organization responsible for our video borescope product portfolio. This role combines technical leadership, people development, product execution, and strategic planning to deliver industry leading inspection solutions to customers around the world..

Partner with the best

As Senior Engineering Manager, Embedded Software, you will lead a global team responsible for the embedded software, firmware, and device software that powers our video borescope platforms.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a global software engineering team developing embedded software and firmware for advanced inspection systems.
  • Driving the execution of software development programs while balancing schedule, quality, cost, and customer requirements.
  • Partnering with product management, systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality, manufacturing, and service teams to bring products from concept through launch and sustainment.
  • Defining technical roadmaps and investment priorities for future generations of embedded software platforms.

  • Have experience operating at both strategic and technical levels, helping teams solve complex engineering challenges while guiding long-term product direction.
  • Have experience working within structured product development environments that utilize requirements, design reviews, verification, validation, and release processes.
