As a Security Officer Full Time Bicycle Patrol Deterrence in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct highly visible bike patrols throughout assigned areas, helping to deter incidents and support a welcoming environment. You will engage with visitors and staff, respond to security-related concerns, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, residents, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned public areas, facilities, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location, documenting incidents, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors, client representatives, and applicable public-service personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
