Temporary Laboratory Assistant

Testing of pectinolytic, cellulytic, and hemicellulolytic activities inherent to endophytes that influence the quality of fermented cucumbers and may enhance the bioactive properties of fermented vegetable blends. The work will involve classic microbiology, aseptic techniques, and microscopy.
