Help power the technology behind exceptional patient care. As a senior member of UVA Health's Lab IT team, you will support the critical laboratory systems, analyzers, middleware platforms, and clinical integrations that enable accurate, timely diagnostic services across a leading academic health system. The Role As a Senior IT Analyst supporting EMR and Laboratory IT, you will serve as a key contributor supporting the technologies that connect laboratory analyzers, middleware applications, Point-of-Care systems, Blood Bank platforms, and Epic integrations across UVA Health. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of accreditation, education and experience required. Experience: 5+ years relevant professional experience required. Licensure: None. Preferred: Knowledge or experience with digital pathology systems, scanners, image-management platforms, workflows, interfaces, or supporting infrastructure. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
