ITC discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales- or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At ITC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $75,000-$100,000. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and any other benefits available to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans The contractor will not discharge or otherwise discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as part of their essential job functions may not disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge; (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer; or (c) consistent with the contractor's legal duty to furnish information. 41 CFR 60-1.35(c).
