POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Applications Administrator II, under general supervision, will provide oversight and hands-on support for the installation, customization, maintenance, implantation, and troubleshooting of applications for business operations. This position is responsible for optimizing and extending the functionality of systems and applications, assisting with reports, and testing applications to support business operations. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and Plant Managers to support applications. This role further contributes to the team by providing training, sharing knowledge and processes, and ensuring lessons learned are documented and implemented in SOPs.

Travel between sites and after-hours support will be required.

SALARY RANGE: Starts at $75,000 per year and increases based on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:



  • Serve as a technical expert in system administration for complex applications, including but not limited to UKG, LumberTrack, Teams, OneDrive, IFS/ERP, and Office 365.
  • Analyze all aspects of business applications and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively monitor the health and performance of assigned enterprise applications, coordinate vendor patches and configuration updates, and address issues to maintain system stability, security, and availability.
  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end application deployments, major version upgrades, and integration projects, including establishing project scope, milestones, testing requirements, and implementation timelines to ensure assigned applications remain current and supported.
  • Understand the security implications of application configurations and changes, follow established security practices, proactively identify and escalate risks, and support efforts to maintain a secure application environment.
  • Support regulatory compliance and audit requirements for assigned applications by maintaining appropriate system documentation, controls, access, and supporting evidence.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and provide training for employees.
  • Create and maintain a cadence of informational and interactive sessions with the Business Team.
  • Follow operational procedures to appropriately analyze, document, escalate, and assist in the remediation of critical information security incidents.
  • Mentor and train junior level associates and team members
  • Review training plans and help lead the organization forward.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3-5+ years of experience in application administration or Information technology.
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party system data with on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with IFS ERP/EAM or similar enterprise resource planning/enterprise asset management systems.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, project lifecycle phases, and change management practices.
  • Skills:

    • Microsoft Active Directory principles
    • Superior customer service abilities
    • Ability to organize and express ideas effectively in oral and written communication
    • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver implantation and support throughout.
    • Ability to perform proactive application health assessments
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve mid-level complex issues of applications. Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
    • Follow-through on short and long-term projects
    • Highly organized, analytical, and action-oriented


  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test, post-offer pre-employment physical, and background check.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with MS SQL
  • Professional experience using Project management tools
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Information Technology working with Applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent field, or equivalent years of experience.
