Join First American Title's Juneau office, where you'll learn alongside an experienced, supportive team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service and winning together. We're looking for someone eager to learn, ready to contribute, and interested in building a long-term career. What You'll Do Support the escrow process, including opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing closing documents, and assisting with disbursements and follow-up. Communicate regularly with customers and team members to keep transactions moving and provide an excellent customer experience. Learn to interpret agreements and understand requirements related to escrow closings. Use a variety of software applications and technologies to support accurate, efficient transactions. What You'll Bring A customer-first mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Clear, professional verbal and written communication. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions, solve problems, and learn. A team-oriented approach and the drive to help customers-and your teammates-succeed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. A high school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of escrow-related experience is preferred, but not required. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
