Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.


Experience Requirements



  • 1+ year of warehouse lead, warehouse supervisor, or team lead experience.
  • 1+ year of recent Raymond forklift operation experience.
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, order picking, shipping, receiving, and product staging.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management or ERP systems.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience using RF scanners, barcode systems, and Sage ERP software.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety practices, and hazardous materials handling.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to train employees, coordinate workloads, and drive team productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and material handling throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working around forklifts, trucks, warehouse equipment, chemicals, fumes, outdoor conditions, and varying noise levels.
  • Must wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.


Job Duties



  • Lead, train, and support night-shift warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings, assign daily workloads, and monitor team performance.
  • Pull, stage, verify, load, and unload customer orders and delivery trucks accurately and on time.
  • Manage pick tickets, route schedules, inventory transactions, and warehouse records using Sage ERP.
  • Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Review employee timecards and time-off requests.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, drum pickers, shrink wrappers, pumps, hoses, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Report safety concerns, inventory issues, and operational challenges to management.
