The Systems Operations Supevisor plays a key role in Puget Sound Energy's business. They will lead and directly supervise our 24/7 system operations team, ensuring internal key customers get timely, accurate restoration and emergency updates when it matters most. They will research and respond to inquiries, and work closely with customers, other departments, and outside agencies to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role also plays a key part in collaborative efforts to improve processes and procedures, meet SQIs (Service Quality Index), and drive other key performance indicators and corporate goals forward. The pay range for this position is$87,800.00-$212,300.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
