Engineering Assistant Maintenance Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Create new PM's, edit existing PMs, and enter completed PMs
• Create new work orders, edit existing works orders, and enter completed work orders
• Make calls and schedule appointments as necessary
• Enter information into corp. spreadsheets for CAP-X
• Document plant operations & functions
• Assign work orders for PM & PMI
• Weekly meetings to identify and schedule CAM items within the plant
• Continued training in E-Maintenance
• Create Teams meeting and slides for meeting
• All other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position. This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualified candidates for the Engineering Assistant Maintenance Clerk position should possess the following:

• Trained in E-Maintenance system or ability to learn

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Excellent at math/algebra

• Follow-up skills are a must

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Ability to generate Ghant Charts and timeline generation

• Maintain low absenteeism

• CAD experience is a plus

Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
