What You Can Expect As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruiting life cycle for business-critical positions across engineering, project management, operations, field services, and technician populations. Your day will include developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, proactively sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and supporting offer recommendations, negotiations, and extensions. You will use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, along with candidate management systems, to build qualified talent pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting records. This position operates in a fast-paced, changing environment and is expected to manage approximately 25 to 35 active requisitions while delivering timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.
