What You Can Expect

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruiting life cycle for business-critical positions across engineering, project management, operations, field services, and technician populations. Your day will include developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers, proactively sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and supporting offer recommendations, negotiations, and extensions. You will use sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, along with candidate management systems, to build qualified talent pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting records. This position operates in a fast-paced, changing environment and is expected to manage approximately 25 to 35 active requisitions while delivering timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.



  • Build and execute sourcing and recruitment plans for corporate, operational, industrial, and field-based positions.
  • Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, market conditions, candidate selection, and compliant hiring practices.
  • Analyze recruiting activity, market trends, and key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and support continuous improvement.



What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's in human resources, business, or a related area, or equivalent applicable recruiting experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment in a corporate or similarly complex recruiting environment.
  • Experience independently managing approximately 25 to 35 requisitions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and supporting offer negotiations and extensions.
  • Experience recruiting for operational, manufacturing, industrial, technical, field-based, or related professional populations.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, including creating sourcing projects, and Indeed to identify, engage, and pre-screen candidates.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law, EEOC requirements, OFCCP practices, and employment-related regulations.
  • Experience maintaining accurate and timely information in an online candidate or applicant management system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments on schedule with accuracy, attention to detail, sound judgment, and appropriate confidentiality.
