APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Manage purchase order schedules and work queues, ensuring orders are issued on time and actively tracking confirmations, progress, and compliance with quality requirements. Build strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers, proactively addressing delivery, pricing, invoicing, and payment-related issues. Collaborate with global and local project management, material planning, and logistics teams to align procurement activities and support transportation and customs requirements. Support supplier management activities, including supplier qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and performance monitoring. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and systems while supporting process compliance, procurement planning, and regular reporting on schedule progress. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in SAP transactional 3+ years of experience in direct procurement What Sets You Apart: Outstanding Excel skills Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives Ability to work in a complex, fast changing global organizational environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and influencing techniques, result-orientation and strategic-innovative thinking needed Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
