We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Program Support / Task Manager to support program execution. This dual-role position combines day-to-day task coordination and schedule tracking with hands-on material expediting responsibilities. You will work closely with the Program Manager, procurement, engineering, logistics, and suppliers to ensure tasks stay on track and critical materials, parts, and equipment arrive on time to meet program milestones. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic defense environment, enjoys solving supply-chain problems under pressure, and can keep multiple workstreams organized and visible. Physical & Work Environment Notes (if applicable)May involve occasional lifting (up to 40-50 lbs), movement of materials, or visits to local vendors/warehouses. Primarily office- and program-based with potential warehouse or shop-floor interaction depending on program needs. In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $90,000 - $127,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and may include equity or incentive compensation as part of the total rewards package.
