Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience is required, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Help build the technologies, products, and services that support our nation's security. At General Dynamics Mission Systems, you'll work alongside talented teams developing advanced solutions that make a meaningful impact. As an Advanced Program Performance Management (PPM) Specialist, you'll drive the performance and success of mission-critical programs. You'll partner with program teams, finance, customers, and subcontractors to manage cost, schedule, risk, and overall program performance. Using program management best practices and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tools, you'll turn data into clear insights, support informed decisions, and help keep programs on track. NOTE: This is a PPM/EVM role, it is NOT a PM or PMP role. What you'll experience:
