Position Summary The Senior Business Analyst leads enterprise-level business analysis and process improvement efforts that support Association projects, solve complex business problems, reduce risk and inefficiency, and deliver measurable organizational value. This role partners with business, technology, and risk stakeholders at all levels of the Association to assess business needs, analyze problems and processes holistically, define clear requirements, recommend future-state solutions that support organizational objectives, and support testing and readiness to ensure outcomes align with Association strategy. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience Financial services or regulated industry experience is required Preferred Qualifications Licenses/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or Business Analysis certification is preferred Relevant Scrum/Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) or experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment preferred Travel Requirements Some travel may be required in performance of job (less than 5%) Work Environment / Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions in a professional office environment, which may include both indoor and outdoor work settings as needed. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods and perform work at a desk and computer. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with others and convey information. The role requires the ability to communicate, remain in a stationary position for periods of time, and use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment. The employee may also need to reach in various directions and occasionally move or lift items up to 25 pounds. Work is generally performed during established business hours; however, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required. Employees are welcome to come to an office to work if needed, and some travel for team meetings will be required.PAY RANGE: Minimum $111,487.88 - Max $189,529.39 AnnualThis range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.
