The HR Product Strategy Center is seeking an HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst. You'll join a group of curious, highly skilled professionals who are passionate about enabling the System with effective technology and data solutions for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Pay, Rewards, and Administrative HR functions. As the HR Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you'll influence how workforce information is viewed at a System-level -bringing clarity to complexity, creating new connections across business lines, and helping leaders see the story behind the numbers. This is a unique opportunity to work systemwide, collaborate with experts across disciplines, and contribute to the evolution of workforce intelligence as a strategic capability.
