Administrative Support

  • Assist with credit and debit memo requests as needed
  • Support document requests and general administrative needs for Tier 2/3 direct and distribution accounts
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support efficient customer service operations
  • Participate in staff meetings to stay current on department updates and share feedback

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar business systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

What Will Help You Succeed
