We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support production, inspection, packaging, and shipping operations. This temporary position is ideal for candidates with warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience.

Job Duties

• Unpack and organize small metal components for processing.
• Load parts into wash trays and place them on the production conveyor line.
• Perform light machine operation and assist with pre- and post-processing activities.
• Receive and inspect customer products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with specifications.
• Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a production environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Repetitive use of hands and arms for handling products and materials.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 44 pounds.
• Ability to see fine details and perform close visual inspections.
