Title of position: Medicare Sales Support Intern

Position Purpose/Summary: Build practical experience in sales support, client service, and administrative operations while helping our Medicare team prepare for and support clients during the Annual Enrollment Period. This internship is ideal for a student or early-career candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with others, and interested in learning how a client-focused sales team operates.

Compensation: $ 17.30 per hour.

Location: Visions Wealth Management 24 McKinley Ave., Endicott, NY

What You'll Do

  • Schedule client meetings and help coordinate calendars during a high-volume enrollment season.
  • Monitor and respond to voicemail follow-up needs to help ensure timely client communication.
  • Learn and use the Redtail system to help manage referral flow and support team organization.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, application submission, document tracking, and other workflow support.
  • Partner with Sales Consultants and team members on additional projects and tasks as assigned.
