This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote. DESCRIPTIONThis role will work with Epic analysts and project team members to create end-to-end implementation project plans for JPA entities transitioning to Epic. The incumbent will ensure tasks are completed to the quality standards established under PHSO-PACC methodologies and in a timely manner, with clear ownership and accountability at every stage. This role will identify implementation risks and mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle, and resolve issues using appropriate techniques - engaging project team members, external customers, and internal and external leadership as needed - with timely resolution and reliable follow-through. Following the initial go-live, this role will continue to manage JPA-funded Epic projects on an ongoing basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $111,300 - $211,100 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $53.30 - $101.10 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
