YOUR IMPACT

The Practice Management Vice President will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, efficiency, and scalability of our advisor franchises across Private Wealth Management (PWM). By partnering directly with Private Wealth Advisors, Regional Heads, and business leadership, this individual will act as a strategic consultant-coaching teams on business planning, organizational design, and operational excellence. Additionally, the Vice President will be instrumental in shaping the future of our talent pipeline by spearheading regional recruiting strategies and cultivating relationships with prospective advisor candidates. This role is best suited for a highly organized, relationship-oriented professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex business problems, and supporting advisor success at scale.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Partner with advisors to develop and refine business plans, growth strategies, and business development objectives

  • Share advisor best practices and facilitate knowledge exchange to support business growth and productivity

  • Consult with advisors on team structure, role definition, capacity planning, and organizational effectiveness

  • Help advisors identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and business scalability

  • Develop, maintain, and promote practice management tools, resources, and frameworks that support advisor success

  • Partner with Regional Heads and business leadership to identify business growth needs

  • Build and maintain regional recruiting pipelines through ongoing market engagement and relationship development

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective advisor candidates and maintain regular outreach to support long-term recruiting efforts

  • Support regional recruiting strategies, including market intelligence, pipeline tracking, and candidate engagement activities

  • Gather advisor and leadership feedback to identify emerging needs, trends, and opportunities for enhancement

  • Partner across Talent Strategy, Recruiting, and business leadership to support advisor growth and talent acquisition priorities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Advisor Development, Business Management, Practice Management, Recruiting, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of advisor business development, practice management, and wealth management business models

  • Experience coaching, consulting, or advising professionals on business growth, productivity, and organizational effectiveness

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization

  • Strong understanding of advisor recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development strategy preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and share best practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $115000-$270000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
