We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our online presence and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how consumers interact with our brands online, ensuring seamless digital experiences, and optimizing our e-commerce operations for growth and success.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Online Excellence



  • Lead and track executional excellence across product detail pages (PDPs) for brand websites and retail partner sites, ensuring a cohesive brand look & feel, timely revisions to key messaging, and best-in-class execution of new product innovations.
  • Manage and optimize product content on the brand website, ensuring seamless navigation, updated product assortments, and a compelling consumer journey.
  • Oversee product detail pages (PDPs) across key retail partners, ensuring best-in-class content, accurate asset syndication, and optimized conversion pathways.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish, streamline, and harmonize workflows for digital asset deployment and online launch processes.


Business Operations & Financial Tracking



  • Independently open and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain a real-time team budget tracker to ensure financial compliance and transparency across brand teams.
  • Place and track critical product orders for VIP mailers, mass seedings, brand events, and content shoots.
  • Review, route, and upload talent/influencer contracts in tandem with the Legal team and external partner agencies utilizing a contract management system.
  • Submit Values Match reports for influencer programs and take complete ownership of monthly data integrity processes to maintain compliance.


Inventory & Asset Management



  • Partner with an external agency to track and maintain all physical product inventory housed in our online warehouse.
  • Track and manage ongoing updates to product packaging and new product launches to ensure perfect alignment with the latest designs.
  • Maintain and audit the shared team drive, ensuring all creative assets, guidelines, and historical materials are meticulously saved and updated.


Influencer & PR Support



  • Provide administrative and logistical support for all earned media activations, including seedings, mailers, experiential events, and campaigns in close partnership with the brand team and partner agencies.
  • Keep highly organized records of approved, legal product fact sheets for distribution.


Qualifications



  • Education: Undergraduate degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or brand management (hands-on experience managing digital storefronts or retailer PDPs strongly preferred).
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; a natural collaborator who can interface confidently with internal cross-functional teams, legal, external agencies, and retail partners.
  • Meticulous Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and digital trackers simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Digital & E-Commerce Savvy: A strong eye for online user experience, digital merchandising, and a keen understanding of e-commerce retail landscapes (retailer.com & direct-to-consumer).
