PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $250,000.00-$300,000.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE WHAT YOU'LL DO *Develop and Support Your Team: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to encourage employee performance, and meet with staff in a timely manner to conduct performance evaluations. *Lead a Multidisciplinary Organization: Guide a large delivery organization of scrum masters, project managers, program managers, and delivery leaders. *Oversee Portfolio Delivery Performance: Ensure strategic initiatives, programs, and projects are planned, prioritized, sequenced, resourced, and executed in alignment with enterprise commitments, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes. *Partner Across the Enterprise: Work with senior leaders to align priorities, monitor execution health, resolve enterprise-level barriers, and support effective communication and decision-making across portfolios. *Create Clear Accountability: Define performance expectations, metrics, escalation paths, and governance forums that provide timely visibility into progress, risks, issues, and trade-off decisions. *Manage Risks and Dependencies: Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management across portfolios so barriers to execution are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved in partnership with senior leaders. *Scale Effective Delivery Practices: Ensure Agile, project management, and program management practices are consistently applied, continuously improved, and scaled to meet the needs of complex enterprise work. *Enable Teams to Deliver: Reinforce capacity management, impediment removal, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement practices that protect team focus and improve performance. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications *Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work or educational experience. *10 years of people leader experience. *10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise delivery, program management, portfolio management, technology delivery, operations, or a related discipline. *Willing to travel up to 15% to the headquarters In Tukwila, if not based in Seattle. Desired Qualifications *This job is remote or hybrid, but preference is that you reside in the following states: Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California, Arizona, Georgia, North California, South Carolina, Texas or Virginia. *Demonstrated experience leading through directors, senior managers, managers, and/or senior professionals across multiple departments, portfolios, products, or functional areas. *Proven ability to translate enterprise or functional strategy into priorities, governance routines, resource plans, performance measures, and execution plans. *Experience overseeing complex enterprise initiatives with accountability for delivery performance, cross-functional alignment, risk management, issue resolution, and long-term functional outcomes. *Deep knowledge of Agile, project management, program management, and portfolio delivery practices, including dependency management, delivery metrics, capacity management, and continuous improvement. *Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, align priorities, resolve barriers, facilitate decisions, and drive enterprise outcomes. *Experience operating in a complex, regulated environment with accountability for compliance, risk, controls, governance, and reputational outcomes.
