Thomson Power Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Assembler to provide technical leadership for the mechanical assembly operations supporting our switchgear and power distribution products. This role combines hands-on assembly responsibilities with coaching, training, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities. Position Overview As a Lead Mechanical Assembler, you will serve as the technical expert and coach for mechanical assembly operations. You will support the development of team members while ensuring products are built according to engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. You will play a critical role in developing assembler capability and helping establish best-in-class mechanical assembly practices within the Arlington facility.
