Ameresco currently has a new opportunity for a Regional Safety Manager to support multi-state energy efficiency and renewable energy construction projects. NOTE: This position is regionally based but is not limited to a fixed geographic territory. The Regional Safety Manager will provide safety leadership and support to Ameresco business units, projects, and operations throughout the United States based on business needs. Responsibilities may include support to O&M, Construction, Solar, BESS, EPC/Project Delivery, Corporate, Federal, and other business units or special assignments. Significant travel outside the employee's primary region, including travel to the Midwest, East Coast, and other locations, may be required. Responsibilities:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $111,000 - $161,500 per year (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role. Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
