Summary Lead AWW 1 weekend shift sub assembly manufacturing operations responsible for producing repeatable, high-quality cell packages that support FuelCell Energy module builds. Ensure safety, quality, throughput, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved while maintaining standard work, process discipline, and team accountability to support a successful production ramp. Serve as the primary operations leader on the AWW 1 weekend shift, driving execution, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring effective communication and handoff to oncoming weekday leadership. The AWW 1 Weekend Shift Sub Assembly Supervisor is a key front-line leadership role responsible for translating production goals into safe, efficient, and repeatable execution on the shop floor during weekend shift hours. This position has a direct impact on delivery performance, product quality, workforce development, and continuous improvement within a critical manufacturing value stream at FuelCell Energy. Work Schedule This position is assigned to the AWW 1 Alternate Work Week schedule. AWW 1 works Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM (two 12-hour day shifts). Employees must also work one additional fixed 8-hour flex shift each week, for a scheduled minimum of 32 hours. The additional shift may be scheduled on any day of the week based on operational requirements; once established, it becomes part of the employee's regular fixed schedule and cannot be changed without advance management and HR approval. Employees must record actual start time, end time, meal periods, and all hours worked, and labor must be charged to the applicable department, cost center, work order, or project for the time actually worked, including the 8-hour flex shift.
