2027 BNY Analyst Program - Credit BNY's Credit and Lending Practice plays a key role in supporting client financing needs while maintaining strong credit discipline and risk management across the firm. The Credit Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, transaction support and process improvement. In a fast-paced environment, analysts will gain insight into the credit lifecycle, support financial analysis, reporting and documentation, and build an understanding of lending fundamentals, credit risk and the role sound judgment and partnership play in effective credit decisions. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $95,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
