Location: Los Angeles, CA We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Device Setup Specialist. This role involves preparing, configuring, validating, and managing device fleets for study deployment. The responsibilities include performing device pairing, application setup, custom build/OS installation support, pre-deployment quality control, lifecycle tracking, and coordinating handoff to field operations. Prepare and configure device fleets for deployment. Perform device pairing and application setup. Support custom build/OS installation. Conduct pre-deployment quality control checks. Track device lifecycle and manage handoff to field operations. Set up iOS/watchOS devices, perform device pairing, and configure apps. Conduct functional validation and handle inventory. Execute quality control checklists and capture basic logs. Troubleshoot issues and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
