Temple University's Institutional Advancement Department is searching for a Director, Alumni Affinities and Programs! The Director, Alumni Affinities and Programs provides leadership and supports the strategy for a broad portfolio of alumni engagement programs that foster meaningful lifelong connections between alumni and Temple University. Reporting to the Executive Director, Alumni Engagement, the Director collaborates on the development and implementation of engagement priorities that support the mission of the Temple University Alumni Association (TUAA) and Institutional Advancement. The Director oversees key engagement portfolios, including affinity-based communities and programs that connect students and recent graduates to the university and alumni network. Through direct supervision of the Associate Director, Student and Young Alumni Engagement, Director establishes annual goals, supports program planning and execution, manages resources, and ensures initiatives align with departmental objectives and evolving alumni interests. Working collaboratively across Institutional Advancement and campus partners, the Director helps translate broader alumni engagement strategy into effective programs, volunteer opportunities, communications, and events that strengthen alumni participation and connection to Temple.
