Senior Systems Analyst to lead analytical, technical, and programmatic support for the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Training System Program Office (TSPO). The Senior Systems Analyst will serve as a primary technical advisor and cross-functional liaison on Information Warfare (IW) systems training readiness. In this role, you will lead complex data and systems analysis, author and validate foundational Navy training documentation, including Front-End Analyses and Navy Training System Plans, ensure alignment with OPNAV Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) acquisition mandates, and coordinate afloat exercise integrations. You will also provide mentorship to mid- and junior-level analysts and brief senior military and civilian stakeholders.
