WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

In Accounts Receivable you get to work with all of Hallmark's retail customers. That includes the large chain accounts, our Gold Crown network, independent retailers, and everything in between. You gain a complete understanding of the order to cash process. We are a team of 9 that work independently but at the same time rely on everybody's knowledge. Our belief is there is more than one way to accomplish the desired results. Therefore, we seek independent thinkers who look for opportunities to improve a process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS

The Credit Representative is part of Accounts Receivable and serves as a key liaison between Hallmark and its retail customers. This role works in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and no two days are exactly the same. As part of a collaborative team of nine, the Credit Representative works closely with others to meet shared goals, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Collections
  • Deduction management
  • Invoice error resolution
  • Order review and approval This progressive role will be filled at a level aligned with the selected candidate's skills and experience.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following are required to be considered for this role:



  • Associate's degree or at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable collections, accounting, finance, or a corporate office role that includes customer service
  • Current or recent experience using Microsoft Excel and Word extensively, along with experience using other Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook and CoPilot



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with SAP Accounts Receivable module
  • Customer service focused
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative with other team members
