Management Analyst (Secret Clearance)

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Management Analyst with an active Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze organizational processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Support strategic planning and organizational transformation initiatives related to the potential or actual transition of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) responsibilities or ownership from GSA to DHS.
* Collect, review, and interpret data related to facility operations, project performance, resource utilization, and stakeholder engagement.
* Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, progress reports, and other management documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of briefings, fact sheets, communications plans, and presentations for DHS leadership and stakeholders.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document outcomes, track action items, and support implementation of recommendations.
* Conduct risk assessments and support development of risk management plans.
* Monitor compliance with federal regulations, DHS standards, and contract requirements.
* Provide analytical support for portfolio optimization, space utilization studies, and real estate strategy development.
* Support change management efforts during workplace transitions or consolidations.
* Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to senior management.
Experience/ Skills:
* Active Secret Clearance
* Minimum 7 years of experience in management analysis, business process improvement, or related roles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with federal regulations, facility operations, and project management principles.
* Ability to facilitate meetings, engage stakeholders, and document outcomes.
* Knowledge of requirements management and traceability methodologies.
* Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field required.
* Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPA) or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP)) preferred.

*Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.

*Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
