Position Details: Patient Care Associate (PCA) - 5A Mother Baby - part-time nights Join a dedicated team providing compassionate care to mothers and newborns during a significant life event. As a Patient Care Associate on our Mother Baby unit, you'll work collaboratively with nurses and caregivers to support patient comfort, safety, and recovery while helping create a positive experience for growing families. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily care needs and mobility Obtain and document vital signs Support patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Qualifications: Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required If you're passionate about serving patients and families with excellence and compassion, we invite you to apply and become part of our Mother Baby team.
