Full Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

I am reaching out as the Founder and CEO of Neo Beginnings, a leading neonatal practice with a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners serving hospitals across Texas.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, growing practice dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal care.

Position Overview

• Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner position
• Employed by Neo Beginnings, PLLC, providing services at Hendrick Medical Center
• Level III NICU with additional Level II nursery coverage
• Collaborative team consisting of neonatologists and experienced NNPs
• 24-hour in-house NNP coverage model

Schedule

• 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
• Full-time employment with automatic renewal upon mutual agreement
• Holiday coverage shared equitably among the NNP team
• Opportunity for additional shifts if desired
