We are seeking a dedicated individual to champion our comprehensive leave programs and workplace accommodations. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted expert, guiding employees and managers through critical life events with empathy and precision. Your expertise will not only ensure compliance with complex regulations but also enhance the overall employee experience, directly contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.

What You Will Do



  • Deliver a consistent, responsive, and supportive employee experience throughout the leave and accommodation process.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of various leaves of absence, including FMLA, short- and long-term disability, military, personal, parental, and other company-sponsored programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements across all managed leave programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and trusted resource among employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and third-party administrators, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
  • Guide employees and managers through leave options, eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, timelines, and status updates throughout the entire leave process.
  • Review workplace accommodation requests and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to identify reasonable accommodation options in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when managing sensitive employee information and complex situations.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen leave administration processes, policies, and overall program effectiveness, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and the employee experience.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent direct experience in leave administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, benefits, or leave administration.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, short- and long-term disability, and state leave requirements.
  • Understanding of ADA workplace accommodation requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail in record maintenance and case management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information professionally and with discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS/HCM and third-party leave administration platforms.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Certification in ADAC (Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator) or CPDM (Certified Professional in Disability Management).
