Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills required for inventory tracking and data entry. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, inventory records, and safety procedures. Experience Requirements Previous experience as a Storeroom Attendant, Inventory Clerk, Stockroom Associate, Warehouse Associate, or Inventory Control Specialist preferred. Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, receiving, stocking, and issuing materials. Familiarity with computerized inventory systems and data entry. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service and communication skills. Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, move, and organize inventory, tools, and materials. Bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull products during daily activities. Work safely in a warehouse, storeroom, or industrial facility environment. Wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear. Job Duties Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies. Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders, reporting shortages or damages. Sort, label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse or storeroom locations. Issue tools, equipment, and materials to employees while maintaining accurate inventory records. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment activities. Enter inventory transactions into computerized inventory management systems. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing items, and stock issues. Inspect tools and equipment for wear, damage, or defects and report findings to management. Deliver materials and equipment to designated work areas as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment while following company safety standards.
