About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin for seamless operations, providing comprehensive administrative support that directly empowers multiple Vice Presidents. You will expertly navigate complex scheduling, manage intricate travel logistics, and meticulously handle financial reconciliations, ensuring our leaders can operate at peak performance. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will be instrumental in maintaining efficiency and anticipating needs, allowing the team to innovate and excel in a dynamic, consumer-centric landscape.



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leaders.
  • Masterfully manage complex calendars, including scheduling critical meetings, appointments, and adeptly resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Orchestrate and arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel, from booking flights and accommodations to securing ground transportation.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports with precision and efficiency, leveraging platforms like Concur.
  • Proactively anticipate organizational needs and implement solutions to ensure the smooth daily operations of supported leaders.


Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders (e.g., Vice Presidents).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook for advanced email and calendar management.
  • Proven experience with expense management systems, specifically Concur.
  • Documented ability to manage complex and multi-faceted travel arrangements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a robust ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with conference room booking and coordinating catering services.
  • High attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and comfort with asking clarifying questions to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Previous experience within a similar fast-paced, global industry environment.
