SMA Program Management As a Project Manager within the SMA Program Management team at PIMCO, you will play a critical role in coordinating the team's project portfolio, establishing clear priorities, and ensuring that business and technology initiatives progress from planning through completion. You will serve as the central point of coordination across Business Analysts, technology teams, and business stakeholders. Acting as the team's operational "traffic controller," you will capture and organize incoming requests, translate priorities into actionable plans, and maintain accountability for deliverables, timelines, and follow-up. This role will also provide day-to-day guidance to Business Analysts, helping them assume greater ownership of key applications, processes, and technology relationships. By creating structure around responsibilities and delivery expectations, you will enable the broader team to dedicate additional capacity to strategic initiatives and deeper stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will bring strong project management discipline, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Copilot, Lucidchart, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional technology programs will be essential. Key Responsibilities
