OEM Inventory Technician (Part Time)

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships within the identified existing accounts.
• Actively build relationship with Production Planning personnel at existing customer locations to anticipate and prevent over or under building factory-packaged paint to customer requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with Sales, Technical and Operations Staff.
• Answer questions for co-workers and customers regarding status of product deliveries, PDS, SDS, EDS, etc.
• Familiarize self with all products and procedures including product application and preparation.
• Allow self to be readily accessible to customer for advice/assistance through use of cell phone and in person.
• Effectively communicate to fellow employees and customers through Outlook Email.
• Give immediate attention to customer comments and complaints and inform others accordingly.

• Ability to retrieve material from shelves, floor stacks, and/or pallet racking and lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation?
