JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) invites applications for a part-time academic job to teach in-person at University Park campus, for the academic term of Spring 2027.

Job duties to include co-teaching SRA 497 Special Topic: Public-Private Cybersecurity Integration

This course examines how cybersecurity is organized and executed across federal civilian government, the military and defense enterprise, national security organizations, and private technology firms. Students will study mission-driven cyber requirements, governance structures, incident response, supply-chain security, and the benefits and tensions of cross-sector cooperation.

Applicants must possess a master's degree or equivalent experience and education and be committed to teaching learners at all levels and from all backgrounds; preference given for prior teaching experience and professional experience in a relevant area.
