The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports integrated marketing and communications initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring campaign activity is connected, visible and aligned with business priorities, brand standards and stakeholder expectations. This role manages assigned communications workstreams by bringing together line of business stakeholders, marketing partners and subject matter experts to assess campaign needs, evaluate options, recommend direction, align on timing and deliverables, and drive cross-channel execution. This position requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills and the ability to identify dependencies, raise potential impacts, provide thoughtful input and move work forward through aligned decisions. In addition, this role leads knowledge management processes, manages campaign and content information, uses AI-enabled tools and automation workflows to streamline processes, and manages internal email communications platform execution, reporting and related communications needs.

• You will lead marketing and communication campaigns from planning through delivery.
• You will partner with stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• You will monitor campaign progress and help resolve issues that impact success.

• You will organize content and marketing assets for easy access and reuse.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related field and 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, campaign management, project management, content management or related roles; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, internal email platforms, project management systems, content repositories, AI-enabled tools or corporate communications in a regulated industry is preferred.

• Assess business needs, evaluate options, and make recommendations while considering downstream impacts.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to identify solutions, guide decisions, and align stakeholders.
• Lead integrated communication campaigns across multiple stakeholders, channels, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, reviews, approvals, and handoffs to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate campaign activities across communication channels to maintain consistent messaging, timing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain and improve content organization, governance, metadata, asset management, and searchability.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility of processes and content.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across campaigns, projects, distributions, and content assets.
• Utilize project management, content management, communication, and reporting tools to support campaign execution.
• Develop, edit, and proofread clear communications that align with approved messaging, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives, adapt to changing business needs, and drive work to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze and summarize campaign and content performance to support continuous improvement and future planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Prior experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.
