About This Role
Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations & Engagement, this position provides guidance and support to employees, supervisors, event guests, 4-H youth program participants, visitors, and applicants across all campuses when health conditions or religious beliefs affect employment, access to campus activities, or the workplace. The role manages the interactive accommodation process for disability and religious accommodation requests, applying the ADA, ADAAA, PWFA, PUMP Act, FMLA, and related state and university policy. This posting will be filled at one of two levels, based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience: Duties and Responsibilities (Both Levels):

Together, these teams partner with campus units to provide responsive HR support, enhance organizational effectiveness, and help attract, develop, and retain a talented workforce. Worksite Description This position is Hybrid and/or Remote eligible. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law.
