Financial Analyst - FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

The Role

The Financial Analyst, FP&A is a high-impact role within the Global Workforce and Infrastructure team. This role will support financial and planning activities, including managing budget cycles, allocations analyses, spending analyses and systems inputs and aligning with Corporate Functions FP&A teams.



What You'll Do

* Drive financial modeling and analysis to support expense and capital management for GWI

* Utilize AI and enterprise tools to develop and maintain a cost tracking framework that is transparent, auditable, and consistently applied across geographies and business segments.

* Support the quarterly forecast and annual operating plan (AOP) processes by handling the process of getting forecasts loaded into forecasting systems of record.

* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior Finance and GWI leadership, including actuals vs. plan variance commentary.

* Maintain and improve rolling forecast models that reflect both top-down guidance constraints and bottom-up operational inputs.

* Lead the effort in streamlining management reporting and centralizing information and analytics

What You Need

* Must have skills : FP&A, Budgeting and Forecast, Reporting, Experience with tools like Tableau, Anaplan, SAP, SAP BPC, Experience with building financial models in Excel.

* Experience: 2 - 5 years

* Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with 2-5 years' experience.

* Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis. Exceptional ability to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations

* Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling, large datasets and process automation.

* Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, SAP, SAP BPC - Familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools and advanced analytics is an advantage

* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment



Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Santa Clara, California

Compensation Range: $51,500 - $73,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
