Candidates will have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar field. Knowledge and experience with other forms of intellectual property are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, PTAB or trial proceedings, and case management
  • Demonstrated record of running cases and supervising junior Associates or Paralegals
  • Prefer candidates with an engineering degree who are admitted to the USPTO
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Must be licensed to practice law or can become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work

The national average salary range for this role is $220,000 - $275,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
