Logistics Manager
Play an integral role in ensuring the seamless movement of materials, equipment, and resources that support the successful delivery of industrial construction projects. As Manager, Logistics, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for logistics activities across projects and asset services, ensuring supply chains operate safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. This role serves as a critical link between project teams, procurement, construction, suppliers, and transportation providers, helping to ensure the right materials arrive at the right place and time to support project execution. You will drive logistics excellence, optimize workflows, and develop processes that enhance project performance while minimizing risk, cost, and operational disruption. Supporting industrial construction projects, this position collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization and may require periodic travel to Worley offices in Baton Rouge and Houston, as well as occasional visits to active construction project sites. Purpose of the role The Manager, Logistics is responsible for leading logistics strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities that support project and business objectives. The role oversees logistics policies, procedures, systems, and resources while ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project schedules, and organizational priorities. You will lead a logistics team and provide the direction necessary to establish efficient transportation, distribution, inventory, warehousing, material management, and supply chain solutions.
